Building a connection with Aigis represents one of the most emotional narrative arcs in Persona 3 Reload. Representing the Aeon Arcana, her Social Link allows players to unlock powerful Personas and experience crucial character development. Understanding when her link becomes available and how to navigate her tight end-game schedule is essential for players aiming to max out all bonds before the story concludes.
How to Unlock the Aigis Social Link
Unlocking the Aeon Social Link with Aigis requires advancing to the late stage of the game's campaign. The link automatically becomes available starting on January 8th after key story events unfold. Unlike many other social connections, Aigis does not require specific social stat prerequisites like maxed Academics or Charm to initiate.
To begin her social arc, players simply need to speak with Aigis inside the classroom at Gekkoukan High School. Initiating the conversation during daytime hours on an available day will officially unlock Rank 1 of the Aeon Arcana. Because January offers limited free days, starting this link immediately is crucial for full completion.
Aigis Availability and Weekly Schedule
Aigis is typically available during the day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday inside your classroom. However, school exams and story-mandated events can occasionally alter her availability throughout the final month. Players should prioritize spending time with her whenever she is present to avoid running out of time.
Having a Persona of the Aeon Arcana in your inventory during conversations provides bonus relationship points. Equipping an Aeon Persona ensures that you rank up during almost every interaction without needing filler hangouts. Planning ahead allows players to easily reach Rank 10 before the final deadline on January 31st.
Best Dialogue Choices and Max Rank Rewards
During rank-up events, selecting empathetic and supportive responses helps accelerate progress with Aigis. Encouraging her self-discovery and human emotions aligns with the underlying themes of her story arc. Consistently choosing options that affirm her individuality guarantees maximum affinity points during each event.
Reaching Rank 10 with Aigis completes the Aeon Social Link and rewards players with the Charred Screw key item. This item unlocks the fusion recipe for Metatron, the ultimate Persona of the Aeon Arcana. Completing her arc also provides a deeply fulfilling conclusion to her journey before the game's final battle.
